STORE POLICY

  1. When you place an order, a proof will be provided within 1-2 days for your approval.

  2. No orders will be processed prior to your written email proof approval and order confirmation.

  3. Upon receiving your proof and order confirmation, please go over every detail carefully to ensure accuracy before approving it.

  4. We'll make sure everything looks great and double check your information for accuracy. You'll get the most reliable, detail-obsessed service, you can depend on. We've got your back.

  5. If you notice an error after approving your proof, please call or email us immediately to notify us. We will do everything we can to correct your order.

  6. Once the order is in production, no changes or cancellations are permitted.

  7. Please be advised all approved completed orders are final and can not be returned.  

  8. All delivered orders MUST BE EXAMINED UPON RECEIPT and if there are any issues, please notify us within 5 business days.

  9. If there is anything wrong with your finished product, in terms of quality or imprint, we will make it right and resolve it to your satisfaction.
